Usually clients who seek individual counseling know deep inside that they need outside support to overcome their struggles. My ideal client is someone who is highly motivated—perhaps you’ve been suffering for a while and are finally ready to seek guidance. In your first session you will complete an intake form that takes about 10 minutes. All sessions are one hour and the fee is $200 per session. There is a 10 minute window if sessions need to go a little longer. Most clients book sessions weekly for the first month and then go to biweekly or once a month until they feel their goals have been met.
